Obituary.
...
The death of John Broderick, a well known young resident of Watervliet, occurred Monday at Rochester, where he had been visiting for several weeks. He was about 25 years of age and was a member of St. Patrick's church and of the Holy Name Society connected with the parish. The remains arrived in Watervliet today and the funeral will take place tomorrow from the residence of Mrs. Margaret Buckley on Fourth Avenue. A special meeting of the Holy Name Society of St. Patrick's Church will be held this evening to take action on the death of Mr. Broderick. The only survivor is an uncle, M. F. Broderick of Watervliet.
