Drowned and None to Help.
Thomas Delee, the eight-year-oid son of Patrick Delee, who owns a meat market at No. 152 Fourth street, was playing on the dock at the foot of Ferry street yesterday afternnon about 3 o'clock, when he fell headlong into the river and was drowned. No one was near enough to render assistance, and the boy's only companion, a lad of about the same age, was too frightened to give an alarm until too late. The river was dragged all the afternoon and last night for the body, but without success.
At question is either his age, or whether his mother is Mary Yallei or a previous bit unknown, wife of Patrick E. DeLee. The latter is more likely.

Not Properly Protected
At an inquest held by Coroner Mackey at the Troy court house last evening over Thomas Del Le, who was drowned at the foot of Ferry street, the jury found as follows:
"That Thomas De Lee came to his death by accidental drowning, and we censure the Marks ferry situate at the foot of Ferry street for not providing proper protection for the safety of the public."

Floating With The Tide.
Undertaker J. M. Lane, of Bath, yesterday morning about 9:30 o'clock found the dead body of a boy floating in the river above the village and near the old Sampson ice houses. Coroner Foy, of Troy, was summoned and had the remains removed to Lane's establishment.
