On 20 Jul 1824 were married Baptiste Landy, residing in St-Roch, son of age of Joseph Landy, farmer, and Magdeline Desmarais, the father and mother of this parish, on one part, and Felicite Girard, residing in this parish, the minor daughter of Joseph Girard, farmer, and the late Francoise Perault, the father and mother of the parish of St-Paul on the other. Witnesses were Joseph Landry, father of the groom, and Joseph Gaine (?), friend of the bride.
